The employee sees it in their account along with the due date. They open it and work through the checklist. As they complete steps, their progress is saved and you can see where things stand.

Yes. That's one of the main reasons we built it. You can see what's in progress, what's complete, and what's overdue without walking around asking everybody for updates.
